Ok I usually come here all the time. I don’t know who this person at the drive thru mid morning hours but she has a serious attitude issue. My wife and I got our order and we were missing the donut we ordered. My wife said we were missing a donut and the woman at drive thru gave us this death glare just staring, throws up her arms and lashed out, yeah, what kind! Gets the donut and practically shoved the bag into the car window while saying hope you have a wonderful day a very rude tone. I won’t come back to this Dunkin as long as she’s there
I just ordered an iced coffee with two creams and two sugars. Instead of getting the correct order, I received a cup of cream. Then, the guy had the nerve to ask if I wanted my $1.60 in change. Seriously, since when is that a question anyone needs to ask? Plus, the coffee was terrible!
The prices at this Dunkin' keep rising, and I’ve decided not to return to this location. They charge $3.40 for a small iced coffee! I can go to another Dunkin' down the street and get a medium for the same price.
Place is pissah.. it's a dunkin! Thank God they know how to make coffee in new England because if not could you imagine how ugly we would all be in the morning. Boston traffic is bad enough!
