The staff at this location was incredibly unfriendly towards my friends and me. I've been to multiple Paneras throughout the state, but I've never encountered behavior like this before. It was completely unacceptable. When I placed my order, the cashier glanced away and rolled her eyes when I thanked her. One of my friends tried to order something similar to mine, but the cashier entered it incorrectly and ended up overcharging her. When she raised the issue with a manager, he basically told her to just accept it. It was very disrespectful, and I will not be returning to this location. I would not recommend coming here unless you’re okay with being treated poorly.
This Panera Bread location is a fantastic place to dine. It’s also ideal for small business meetings, as there seem to be designated areas for that purpose. They send you a text when your food is ready, eliminating the need to wait at the counter. The food is reliably tasty. There’s plenty of parking available in the shopping plaza lot. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, making it one of our top choices.
My experience was disappointing. The breakfast quiche cost $6.79, a steep rise from its former price of $3.29, and it was really unappetizing. There were no labels for the items, and the staff member at the counter seemed unsure, which only added to the confusion. While Panera can be a great choice, this time it missed the mark. Unfortunately, I believe I'll be sticking with Dunkin' moving forward.
No real deep complaints. The food was sufficient enough, but not as flavorful as I remember. The customer service was pleasant, and I will return to this location.

I used to love Panera, but it seems their quality has gone way, way downhill. Very disappointed the last few times I ate here.For the money I expect much more.
I was very disappointed with the Chicken Caesar salad, especially considering how much I paid for it. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.
I accidentally ordered at the wrong location. The manager fixed it immediately for me, was super helpful and kind.
I had Doordash screw up my delivery and the manager Sam was so nice about remaking the food for me.

I ordered a turkey chili bowl, but I only received a bowl of kidney beans with no meat or sauce.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, but the coffee could have been hotter than it was.
