The problem with this location if you’re parked in the lot already and you have cars coming in from Cicero and Cermak and the lines are out to the street. How do people come in the park and leave this location and pick up food? You gotta have a one-way in one way out especially this busy intersection.
I'm a loyal customer and the workers are very polite. I always order an ice coffee and I literally drink the sugar because it's not completely mixed in.
