I ordered both sandwiches showed in the receipt and the drive thru cashier gave me attitude that I ordered the maple bacon and should have said the maple sugar bacon sandwich croissant instead. I always encounter issues when I visit this restaurant. The staff are lethargic and rude, never willing to accommodate any requests. They don't even bother to greet or thank customers. I don't eat bacon, so I asked them to leave it off my sandwich, but they refused. It seems like a simple request - just add egg, cheese, and no bacon! This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They really need to change their staff.
The two stars is for the service. It is usually good. The doughnuts?EVERY time I go here?are old. They are at least a day old because I can't eat them the next day they are so hard and dry. I am trying to understand what time of day or what day of theweek they are fresh. Anyone know of another dnut place in this area?
horrible customer service. ignored my mom when they gave her the wrong order. they refused to look at the order placed on her phone let her stand there for 5+ min before she ultimately decided to leave. if any owner/ manager is reading this, you seriously need to communicate with your team or get a new one.

Burnt Croissant and terrible customer service. The line was 20 mins long and then received the wrong order. I understand your bottom line is important but hire more help and train your staff better. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin.
Busy, staff was busy so interactions were short with no pleasantries. Took a while to get my order in, took longer to get my food and drink. I was a walk in order, the drive thru was busy.
