I had an absolutely terrible experience. The cashier seemed unfamiliar with the Dunkin' Donuts promotions. Instead of applying the free sandwich that comes with the purchase of a large drink, she charged $8 to my Dunkin' account. When I asked her to cancel the transaction and refund my money, she was unable to do so and simply referred me to corporate for assistance. I left feeling cheated out of my money because of their mistake. It's clear that the staff lacks proper training and doesn’t care about resolving issues. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. This is why many people are opting for Starbucks these days.
I had a disappointing experience at a Dunkin' location for the second day in a row. This morning, I stopped by for some tea, but they mistakenly gave me coffee instead. I didn’t realize it until I was already on the road, so I had to drive back to sort it out. When I explained the mix-up, the staff member argued with me, insisting that I had ordered coffee. Since I haven’t had coffee in about 20 years, I’m quite certain I asked for black tea. Dunkin' used to be a great place, but it seems to be declining rapidly; they appear to give franchises to just about anyone, and there doesn’t seem to be any oversight.
This place is one of the best alternatives to Starbucks. Unlike the other coffee chain that excessively markets its high prices and questionable policies, the drinks here are fairly priced. The owners of this cozy little shop prioritize personalized service, focusing on their thankful and loyal customers rather than treating everyone like a stranger, as the Seattle-based chain tends to do. Treat yourself to a delightful Dunkin drink the next time your coworkers suggest spending more money on a beverage from elsewhere. Thank you, dear friends!
I visited this restaurant today, and my family had the pleasure of being served by Larissa. There was a line out the door, and she was the only staff member on duty. Despite the busy atmosphere, she was impressively quick, courteous, and attentive. We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for her outstanding service!

The food was disappointing. My order was wrong, and the staff were unfriendly, preferring to talk among themselves rather than properly attending to their duties. This will be our last visit to Dunkin'.
They don’t stick to their posted closing times. The door says they close at 7, staff say 6, but they actually shut and lock the doors at 5:45 PM.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering espresso-based drinks since their machine has been broken for weeks.
I arrived at 4pm and there were only a limited selection of donuts available.
