I ordered an iced decaffeinated coffee with two packets of Splenda and regular milk, but what I got was an old coffee made with almond milk and regular sugar, topped with whipped cream—definitely not what I ordered. As a diabetic, I’m glad I checked the drink before drinking it. The female employee appeared to be on her phone a lot, which might explain the mix-up with my order. I've decided to start going to Starbucks instead to avoid problems with the Dunkin' staff.
I had a car issue during my trip, and I found myself stuck in Brooklyn. To my surprise, a young lady (I wish I had caught her name) went above and beyond to help me get a taxi. Thanks to her assistance, everything worked out. Before heading home, I plan to return and thank her for her help. I'll definitely post her name if I manage to find it!
The decaffeinated coffee at this Dunkin' Donuts is consistently a problem. If it’s not ready, they are in the middle of brewing it, and if that’s not the case, it tends to be burnt. To make matters worse, today my coffee had a soapy taste—absolutely disgusting, especially at 6:15 in the morning!

The donuts are usually disappointing. Today, I bought chocolate-dipped Munchkins, but they had no chocolate coating—just plain chocolate balls. Dunkin' Donuts isn't what it used to be; even Walmart has better donuts.
The restaurant is remarkably clean, and the staff is both courteous and professional. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your meal.
