For a more enjoyable visit, it's better to come in the morning or evening. Regardless, the café continues to thrive with a diverse mix of customers, young and old alike. The staff is welcoming, making this location an excellent Dunkin' franchise overall.
I absolutely love Dunkin', but this location really shines because of its incredibly sweet, friendly, and kind staff. Having had some less-than-great experiences elsewhere, I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere here. I always look forward to coming back, and the staff definitely deserve raises! I ordered a coffee that was apparently unavailable, but the staff suggested an alternative, saying they had understood my initial request. Later, they told me that the coffee I originally wanted was out of stock. This was quite disappointing, and I found the staff's behavior to be somewhat unusual!
I stumbled upon this dunkin on my commute to work one day when the GPS took me a totally different route to avoid traffic. The best Dunkin I've ever been to by far! The staff is so nice and the on tap coffee is actually pretty good. Will be making this my normal route so I can stop by more often

I placed my order and waited patiently, but it was frustrating to see customers who arrived after me receive their meals before I did, especially since I only ordered two items. The service was terrible; I ended up waiting for 15 minutes before I felt the need to say something.
I was disappointed that Dunkin' did not provide a receipt even after I asked for one, especially when spending a total of $33.05 on their menu. The woman working the front counter should not be handling payments if she isn’t familiar with operating the cash register.
Visited at 9:40 pm; supposed to be open till 10 pm. Doors locked, was waived off. No chance this place ever gets my patronage again. Thanks to your indolent behavior, you lost a customer permanently.
I regret choosing to eat here. I was charged for the wrong order, and despite ordering an appetizer, it never arrived until after a long wait. I won’t be returning—it's not worth the expense.
