I’ve been here a couple of times but this last time wasn’t great . I asked for oat milk for my drink and also something to eat . I’m not sure if they couldn’t hear but they didn’t have the order correct at the window and they also had me pay before telling me about the oat milk shortage . After making adjustments they still gave me the wrong items by handing me a drink with coffee and dairy milk . This is all easy things to be fixed and I still have hopes of the change at this location !
If I could give it negative I would. I WAS DENIED SERVICE CAUSE I WALKED UP TO THE WINDOW I have a 40’ truck that is 13’ high. Lobby is closed cause of short labor.I placed an online order. Waited for a car to clear and walked to the window. And he literally said I need to wait in line for the others so I don’t cut in front of the line. So I have to walk through the line and wait JUST DENIED A TRUCK DRIVER SERVICE
If you like milk instead of coffee, this place is for you! it always amazes me how little coffee/espresso I actually get with my lattes and even when I pay for more espresso, they still hand me a white colored drink. Never coming back.
Nothing is more disappointing is requesting a cream substitute and realizing after getting to your destination that it has SO MUCH CREAM. Need to make sure I check each time moving forward to avoid disappointment again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
every time I come to this location, employees ignore me. no1 wants to take my order. if I do a mobile order, it's never in the pick up area and no1 will help me when I ask. not coming back to this location.
kind workers and very good food/drinks for a great price. unfortunately they've raised the prices on a lot of the items on their menu but it's still a good place w a nice vibe.
Won't be coming back! Service was poor as well as drinks weren't correct, not only that but they tasted HORRIBLE! Work on doing better Dunkin'
