I got a bagel with cream cheese That somehow tasted artificial I don't know how you do that To a bagel, I also got a hot that tastes like if someone made it and they hated hot chocolate. It tasted more like plastic than anything else. And I asked for a 1/2 dozen random donuts. I happened to randomly slice the jelly donut and half no Jelly, so I ask why is everything so terrible and fake tasting at Dunkin'? It's like if someone was trying to replicate food by starting with chemicals and Plastic. I ended up throwing it out all of it, A complete waste of money, I will never go back.
this morning, 7.50 o'clock to order my ordinary bagel, they tell me they have bagels, but don't make food because they are busy. So, what about all the people in the car drive thru stuck in the line, will they get food? Four times with problems there. I tried to give them more chances. forget it will go to noah’s bagels over the parking lot the first trip of my man to this place says he will never go there again. I said to give them 0 stars.
this place is on the morning flowering. tons of workers who are ready to pick a ride thru so that the wait can be a little long. the cashier must be trained to remove his glove when the money is then treated food. he watched the cash box with the same glove in a hand all the time, he packed boxes of donuts, helped customers with payment and prepped their orders all with the same glove in one hand.
Service was terrible. Waited in line with my toddler and another customer behind me just cut in front of when we were getting ready to order and the employees didn’t say or do anything. After eating a donut and asking for the code to empty restroom, employee decided not to give me the code and made me wait until he was ready to enter it himself. Will not be visiting this location again.

These places are super clean. Nested in the south tustin area, near the train station ?, this area is clean, organized, and open early in the morning, inviting and visited by friendly people. Inside, super clean, somewhat busy, lots of sitting areas, and available wifi. Drinks and donuts ? were superb!
I asked for brown sugar syrup in my latte and was told that it was not available, which seemed odd since I have had it at other coffee shops. Also, how can brown sugar be unavailable when the menu lists a Brown Sugar Oat Latte?
Sometimes my orders are wrong, and the service can sometimes be a little slow, but overall happy to have a Dunkin location close to it.
Expensive... Small Capuchino is almost $5.00 and only gets half of the cup filled with coffee and the other 1/4 it's foam.

My new go to coffee shop on my way to work. Love that I can order online and pick up.. service is always super friendly.
Drive thru service so slow, been here for half hour, still 4 cars in front of me. Not recommended
