DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! It's a bunch of kids who work there. There's always a wait to get your drink or food. They are very unprofessional no greetings, can't take a simple order, or follow directions. The coffees are horrible! Either they're missing flavor or you have to repeat your order five times just for them to get it wrong. Not to mention the attitude if you let them know your order was incorrect. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is chaotic and disorganized. The staff seems overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers efficiently. I ordered mobile and waited in the lobby for my order to be ready. She didn't call my name, or order number, or the items of the order, or even place it on the mobile order shelf. It was not fresh, almost cold, by the time I finally asked for it, and she still had to get my donut bagged. Noone offered to reheat or make again just an apology. Waited like ten minutes patiently. It’s just bad. The donuts are horrible I was genuinely shocked I’ve been to a couple dunkins but this was the worst. Horrible dry and no glaze on the donuts. They use some different recipe for the frosting it’s so fake. It started to make me feel nauseous eating it. Also the service is bad. So incredibly slow after ordering ahead of time. I would like a refund cuz one of the donuts I genuinely could not eat. Food: 1

You can take a nap while in the drive through here.. 10 minutes for 5 cars.. someone from Jersey or the East Coast should come train these bozos. Also no greeting just laughing through talking to you.. children and unprofessional!
