I’ve always valued the convenience of this Dunkin’ location near the high school, especially when heading to or from a team game. However, today’s service was surprisingly slow. We pre-ordered our drinks and snacks through the Dunkin’ app to pick up quickly, but it still took 20 minutes to get our order after a 5-minute drive to the store. The staff seemed unfamiliar with handling online orders and showed no apology for the delay, appearing indifferent to customer service. We chose this location because it was the most convenient, but next time we’ll make the extra trip to Blauvelt or Northvale. Sorry, Orangeburg Dunkin’. Big disappointment.
I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for 22 years, but over the past three months, everything has changed drastically. The staff has become rude, they frequently run out of products, and even a simple order for one donut can take half an hour. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I didn't even stay long enough to place my order; I just walked out.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant on Sunday night, thanks to manager Melody and employee Kaysha. They both made ordering donuts and a milkshake a delightful experience! The customer service was excellent, and both ladies were incredibly friendly.
Don’t let them pick the munchkins for you—you only get three out of about seven varieties. Also, the munchkins were stale, as if they had been sitting out since the day before. They were completely dried out and had hardly any glaze on them at all.

Situated in the Orangetown Shopping Center, which also features a Baskin Robbins, this restaurant offers a variety of coffee flavors and donuts, as well as breakfast items. There is plenty of parking available, and the service is friendly.
This Dunkin' location does an excellent job, especially given the current circumstances. The environment is clean, and there is plenty of parking available outside. I really appreciate that Dunkin' has stayed open during the pandemic.
The restaurant was incredibly dirty. There was trash scattered on the floors in both the bathrooms and the dining area. The counters were not clean, and they also messed up my order.
They were open late, and at 8:00 PM, they were happy to make me a coffee. It was just the little pick-me-up we needed to get home!

I really enjoy Dunkin', but I used to order iced teas with no added ingredients, and now that option isn't available.
It was enjoyable, but there's still some improvement needed in balancing the flavors.
