In addition to her serving duties, it appears that R has extensive experience as a cross-trainee in the kitchen and restaurant. I've observed her taking on the responsibility of cleaning the restaurant at the end of her shift, which is crucial during the current COVID crisis and is greatly appreciated by us as customers. I would be delighted to see R continue to advance in her career in the customer service industry, where I also happen to work. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, especially the donut; the coffee was also hot and fresh.
Employee doesn't listen what we are ordering. Always in donkin donut's problem I think so problem language they don't understand. Because ask many times again wrong order. I understand how is difficult language. They're nice people very kindlyand after they say no problem we will change(replace it) order. I said it's ok I don't want to take their time. Horrible service. Does not understand what I wanted. Had to repeat several times and we got 2 dozen wrong donuts. Only discovered it when got home. Donuts look and taste stale. Not fresh. This place needs new management.
Amazing staff and great service. The workers are very friendly and professional. Their bagels are always fresh and big in size compared to any other DD I tried. Coffee is amazing as well, always hot!
