I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but after my experience today, I will no longer be returning. I've always been satisfied with both the food and service until now. I called ahead to place an order for four kids' bowls, making the call half an hour before I needed to pick them up because I had somewhere to be afterward. When I arrived, they had mixed up my order, giving me three regular bowls and one kids' bowl instead.

I had a truly awful experience at this SoBol. Unfortunately, this has happened before, but today was particularly bad. I usually visit this location three or four times a week with my daughter, but today we encountered an unfriendly employee. The service was subpar, and the way he handed over our order was unacceptable. After I mentioned that I only received five banana slices instead of the extra I had requested, he practically threw the order at me. It seemed to upset him, and he responded in a very rude manner. I asked him politely for clarification, but his reaction was incredibly unfriendly. Because of the disrespectful treatment I received today, I won’t be returning to this location....
I?m writing this not to be mean, I love sobol. My family loves it and we get it quite frequently. My order is the always the same, I get a regular bowl with mango. I pay extra because in oyster bay they give big chunks of delicious mango. Tonight when my daughter got back and handed me my bowl and I opened it, it smelled bad as soon as I opened the container. We both tried it and realized it was beyond bad and I just thought it was unfair because I paid extra for it. They even cut the mango into super tiny pieces to make it seem like it wasn?t mushy. I hope this can help make sure people don?t get disappointed!!

During a business trip in the area, I stumbled upon this delightful restaurant. The place was clean and welcoming, with no unpleasant smells. They adhered to all the required safety measures for the ongoing pandemic. I tried their açaí bowl, and it was amazing! I chose peanut butter instead of honey, and the portion was quite generous for just over $10. It was definitely worth every penny!
The food at this restaurant is incredible! It's a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. There's a great hiking trail close by, making it a perfect spot to grab a bowl either before or after your hike. The service is prompt and welcoming, and they offer a diverse selection of healthy options as well.
The service is sometimes slow if you order inside I recommend ordering on the app or over the phone. I ordered a regular non allergen açaí bowl with mangoes. Fruit was fresh. Serving size was adequate. Overall, the açaí bowl was delicious.However, it was a bit pricey, coming in at almost $10 per bowl.
The food is decent, but I find it odd that I can't create my own bowl. I can add or remove items from the available selection, but the price only goes up for the additional items, not down when I take things out. I ended up spending $20 on a medium bowl, which felt a bit excessive.

Refreshing and icy cold mango passionfruit ginger green tea kombucha. The staff are friendly. Overall, I give it an A+ review!
