They havent been doing as good lately. Idk if its new employees or managers, but every time i order a sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage I always get bacon. I also didnt receive my donut either. Each time I Order a Iced coffee they never blend the sugar in the coffee while its hot then add it to the cold mixture. I just get big clumps of sugar in my coffee. Maybe the person doesnt know how to make iced coffee and thats okay. But i just wanted to bring it to the attention of people who order from here. That they can avoid these items cause they arent made to your customization. But everything else is fine.
The lack of respect for the customers from some of these younger employees is too much. I'm not going to share names out of courtesy, but come on guys. It's this attitude that I owe you everything and you don't have to do anything that is crippling the fast food industry. If you don't want to interact with customers or do the job you are paid for then please just stay home. It seems as if I need to beg these kids to even consider taking my order..and if I ask you to not touch me or invade my personal space your response should not be continuing to do it while telling me I'll be alright.....NO ...I won't be.
Drive through is a joke I was there today at 1pm and sat in line they said it would be a minute and then 10 min go by or more and I drive out and 2 people are standing in the window young guy and girl white hair they deliberately do nothing not the first time all I need is coffee 5 cars behind me. I drive to McDonalds in Bellevue out in 5 min total with huge lines
The service at this Dunkin has really gone down hill in the last 6 months. They have trouble hiring associates for this location and because of that my orders are very inconsistent. I hope they can get a good team together soon.Kid-friendliness: Regardless of the timely service they are very friendly.

Everything was great. Typical Dunkin quality. Sad that they forgot my munchkins. Why is it they always forget the munchkins regardless if I order through delivery or their mobile app.
Terrible, even for the poor standards of a Dunkin. It doesn't matter what time of day,or what day of the week you go, they will be out of something (maybe everything) you order.
Hit and miss in belle meade not fully stocked weekdays are better short staff on weekends they have issues with coupons from the dunkin
The iced latte tasted very burnt had basically no caramel in it. There was also no straw. The everything bagel bites were okay.
