I highly recommend avoiding this location for orders through Uber Eats. They consistently forget to include items in every order, and when you attempt to call the restaurant, they don’t answer. On top of that, Uber Eats limits the refunds they offer due to the recurring problems with this place.
I would love the opportunity to meet the owner because I feel strongly about addressing the hiring choices, especially regarding the immature and careless staff. This has been the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited, and I'm now resolved to take steps to push for its permanent closure.
This Dunkin' is quite good. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. However, their online ordering system could use some improvement, as it doesn't indicate when items are out of stock. That issue seems to be more related to management than the employees.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was my first time having a chai latte, and I found it to be quite enjoyable. The munchkins were alright, but there's certainly potential for enhancement. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's a typical Dunkin' experience. The service is decent, nothing extraordinary. However, they could do a better job of keeping the outside area a bit cleaner.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The coffee and food are amazing, the atmosphere is clean and well-kept, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
The cold brew was diluted, and there was no dark roast available, which was disappointing. I also couldn't find any Starbucks nearby.
