They must?ve changed ownership within the last couple months/year because every time I order my on the go coffee there?s always soo much milk in it, when I purposely order it with ?one milk? because I?m lactose intolerant. It?s very annoying to constantlyhaving to go back to them and interrupt them and ask them to fix my coffee every single time. Some days I?m in such a rush forwork and I don?t bother to look or taste of coffee be4 hand run out and it ends up being a literally a cup filled with milkand I end up just throwing it out and going to another Dunkin? This dunkin is pretty good. It?s quick and the employees are nice. Their online ordering needs a little bit of work because it doesn?t show when things are out of stock but that?s not an employee problem it?s a management problem.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my first time trying a chai latte, and I thought it was quite good. The munchkins were decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I absolutely adore this place! The coffee and food are fantastic, the surroundings are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly.
