I visited this restaurant today after taking my son to the allergy clinic across the street. I ordered a cheese and ham stuffed croissant, while my son had hash browns. The service was quite lackluster. When we got into the car and took a bite, I was disappointed to find that my croissant was cold—definitely not warm, just cold! I had to get my son back to school 45 minutes away, so I couldn't go back inside. I did ask my 5-year-old if his hash browns were hot, and he said they were only a little warm. Seriously, all you have to do is heat up the food, and you can't even get that right! Ridiculous.
Don’t come here, the guy working (Monyell) was very rude, impatient, unprofessional, and UNSANITARY. He took my order and threw the receipt at me. When he started making my food, he was sneezing all over the kitchen area without covering his mouth and was slamming whatever equipment he touched like he didn’t want to be there. When I checked my order, the bacon was burnt black. It wasn’t even a busy time, I was the only customer at the time so there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.
Service is awful. Stopped in to grab breakfast on my way to work at 5:40 AM, and the only employee there was praying with his back to the counter, not acknowledging customer. No time to wait for employees to finish their personal business. There are two convenience stores within 100 yards, so I will never go there on the way to work again. Service: Take out
If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime I have to come to this location it’s a 30 minute affair. Even when I mobile order ahead. They don’t say hello, don’t say “give I’ll be with you in one second.” Customers walk out from waiting to long and they don’t care. Worst Dunkin ever. I really enjoy this Dunkin' and visit frequently. However, there's one employee with glasses who displays a complete lack of respect for customers. He is exceedingly rude and should definitely be let go as soon as possible. On the bright side, all the other staff members are very friendly and do their jobs well.
