The worst order ever! I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this store disappointed me so much. I’m 9 months pregnant and I was craving my favorite Vanilla Chai Latte no foam. Well the taste was there but there was foam and the only thing that was warm was the cup. My husband ordered a large HOT chocolate, well it was not HOT and it was water not milky or chocolate. What they gave us was brown water with no taste of chocolate at all. Also we ordered a Large and they only filled it up to the middle like they had no more hot chocolate and they just gave me the last of what they had. Never again!!! I’m disgusted ?
This place is terrible. My daughter and her friends came here after a musical that they performed. When we got there the very rude employee refused to let us in even though according to the hours it was open. Then she recorded the children without consent. She later came out the back door, started yelling at us, and even flipped us off! I am absolutely disappointed and upset!
When a group of students went to order, an employee decided there were too many of them and proceeded to flip them off, curse them out, and call the cops while recording them. Terrible service.
After the musical we went to Dunkin for a celebration then a lady flipped us off sayin to go home and not letting us in and it was 8 and closes at 10

Amazing place there chocolate glazed donuts, although she took a certain drink from service I still respect them
