I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but my experience at this place has been frustrating. I recommend steering clear unless you’re okay with receiving coffee made with spoiled milk or having your orders messed up. The staff seems disinterested in their work and often appears annoyed when taking food orders. In the last three weeks, 7 out of 8 orders I placed were incorrect. More than half the time, my coffee arrived ice cold and had a burnt or stale taste. Serving cold or old coffee to someone who ordered a hot beverage is simply unacceptable. Every time I go here the staff make my orders wrong. Today they weren’t even aware of what they had on the menu and gave me an attitude when I nicely Told them my drink tasted weird. I went back 3 times so they could just make it right. I hope this Dunkin shuts down, I’ll never spend my money here again. I’ll buy from the local places. Honestly Dunkin, hire more competent staff.. I’ve been to plenty of Dunkins where the staff are great but this one is always so terrible. I kept trying but today’s last time. No wonder why locals don’t go here. I worked at a bagel shop all through college and never caught an attitude with customers, this staff obviously has no idea how to control emotions.
I went in to get a dozen donuts , The store was very hot so the donuts were really soft. Poor work conditions for the employees that have to sit there shift with all of that heat let alone the food being ruined.
I was denied service at this restaurant because of my race. The establishment was unclean, and when I finally received my order, it was wrong. The sausage on my Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich was undercooked.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the best way to place your order is through your phone. Although the lines may appear to be short, they move swiftly, so be prepared to wait just a little.
This restaurant deserves zero stars if that were an option. It feels like there's no manager present at all. This place should have been closed down long ago.
