This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased donuts and coffee for my employees using a company credit card at a Dunkin' Donuts location. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt for the transaction. When I returned to the store and spoke to Randy, who claimed to be the franchise owner, he informed me that he was unable to reprint the receipt. I contacted the corporate customer service hotline and was told by a representative that Randy had provided false information and could indeed print the receipt. The representative asked for my contact information so that Randy could reach out to me to resolve the issue, but I was skeptical that he would follow through....
Disappointed. This is coming from a 3+ year barista. My mom came in to grab a drink and she’s not a coffee person so she didn’t know what exactly to get. The employees were unwilling to help her figure out what to order. Which is sad because as the barista you are the expert and should understand that it is YOUR job to help the customers learn how they should order what they want. She then asked for avocado toast and the girl working snapped at her and said “you need to wait a minute” (Septum piercing . Extremely unhelpful. I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts and 2 boxes of coffee for my meeting to serve 20 people. Everything was ready when I arrived but I was told they do not have any cups for my coffee. My question was, How are my people supposed to drink the coffee and how are you still able to serve coffee? I was told to go down the street to Dollar General and buy my own cups. They would not even give me cups used for individual orders. Staff did not care and sent me on my way. I think the staff should go to Dollar General and stock up to serve paying customers. The espresso machine breaks down about once a week, and it has not been replaced despite being told by staff that it needs to be. The restaurant's hours are inconsistent, with the sign saying they are open until 4 but sometimes closing early. Online hours need to be updated. The employees are sometimes friendly, but the food is often missing ingredients and many items are sold out. Despite being a loyal customer, I will not be returning due to these ongoing issues. It's a shame because the drinks and food are delicious, but overall the service is lacking.

Wow. Ordered curbside service with app. Had baby in the car. Very few Customers in the store. Waited 15min and nobody came out. Called store and was told they are busy. Baby started to cry and had to go. Will never ever be back. Service is so bad nowadays.
I door smashed from here this morning. My hot chocolate is basically warm water. Then I tried calling and the phone is disconnected. Doordash won't do anything because they don't make the food and beverages.
The people here were ridiculously unprofessional and immature to the point I was uncomfortable walking around yelling the "I see London I see France" song
I approached the shop and the employee was having a smoke out front I came toward the door and she said "it never ends" and rolled her eyes.
