i love this dunkin '! i used to work at the miller 's down the road, and i would work a LOT of doubles. I 'd order on the app and stop in before my opening shift, and the manager (i never got her name but she had blondish/dirty blonde hair) would always greet me with a smile and a have a nice day! and it would genuinely make my day. She was seriously the sweetest and i miss her (i don 't go in early anymore so i have no idea if she 's still there). I 've never had my order be incorrect and never encountered a rude employee. Even though i no longer work down the road, this is still the only dunkin ' i 'll go to. Way better than the one near mcdonald 's on vanderbilt. My coffee is always corre...
I would give this place zero stars. I've visited three times around 7 PM or later, and I won't be going back. The night staff just seem unwilling to work. They have a poor attitude, are slow, and spend more time chatting with their friends outside than attending to customers. If you order anything other than a cup of coffee, they make it difficult for you, and it's clear they stop working effectively after 7:45 PM.
If you're looking for coffee late in the evening when Starbucks is closed, this place has you covered. They offer hot tea and grab-and-go egg sandwiches as well. It's now open until 4:00 AM, which is great because I don't understand why most businesses in the area close by 10:00 PM. Your hours seem pretty spot on!
Yesterday, I visited the restaurant and was assisted by a wonderful young man named Joshua. He is incredibly friendly and maintains the store in great condition. The staff at this restaurant are very pleasant, but their selection of products is limited. It's not ideal for having coffee, as there are only a few tables and the atmosphere isn't very appealing.
. The drinks are never consistent. They forget to put dairy and sweeteners in the drinks all the time. Mobile orders are never ready .
This place has one lady that puts her mask below her nose... kind of bad if you ask me when working in the food industry.
