I've really tried to give this location a chance, especially since I work two jobs, and one of them is nearby. Unfortunately, I can’t keep going to this Dunkin'. The staff is consistently disrespectful and they often get my order wrong. I’m always late coming back from my break, even when I pre-order, and it’s frequently incorrect. I work in customer service, and it’s frustrating that even after involving the general manager and shift manager, nothing improves. In fact, it seems to have gotten worse. Came to this DD for a business meeting. After ordering, I sat down with my colleague to chat. We ordered a coffee (mine) and a lemonade. I also ordered the omelette bites. I figured someone would call out when they were ready. Wrong! One of the staffbrought my omelette bites to the table. Already amazing. 30 seconds later, another staff member brought me silverware. Amazingservice. Bravo to the staff, much appreciated and not unnoticed. Even my colleague, with my agreement, commented how graciousthe staff was. Thx for making our day.
My review seems to have been deleted, which is frustrating because it would have been rated zero stars if that were an option. I entered the restaurant and waited for the cashier to attend to me, but two staff members were chatting and looking at their phones just 10 feet away. They saw me waiting but didn’t come over to take my order. I included the date and time in my previous review so that the manager or owner could check the security cameras, but now I can’t recall that information.
I arrived at work this morning and discovered that my extra-large coffee, which was supposed to have only cream, had sugar in it. Not a huge issue, I thought. The next morning, during my usual order of three breakfast sandwiches and a coffee, I mentioned the mistake, but they refused to make it right. I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this restaurant. I hope that 50 cents for the coffee was worth losing a customer who spends a couple hundred dollars with you each month.

The Dunkin' app wasn't functioning properly, and there was no assistance available to adjust the price to what it should have been.
Found this small piece of wood in my bagel this morning, also 9 months pregnant. This wouldn’t have been great to swallow .
We find their coffee pretty weak, and the chai tea latte was weak too. But their prices are much lower than Starbucks.
