It's so sad to give this place a 2-star rating because it used to be so good. But like many other reviewers have mentioned, the Wonder Bar went downhill when new owners took over. The aesthetic of the place decreased and now looks like every other bar/restaurant in Shrewsbury St, and their pizza sucks. I got the Margherita and I couldn't tell if there was any cheese on it. It was like eating a thin piece of dough as there wasn't much sauce on any of it either. Super disappointing because they charge $15 for a small pizza with barely anything on it. We finally made it to Wonder Bar! After being open for 100 years, the place still retains much of its original charm, including beautiful tin ceilings. We chose seats at the bar and started with drinks. My husband ordered a beer called Flat Tire, while I opted for a special cocktail called Tutti Frutti. He really enjoyed his beer, and I loved my drink. For dinner, my husband had linguini with mussels in a lemon garlic sauce, and I went for the Italian trio, which included a piece of lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, and a meatball. We both savored our meals. The atmosphere was lively, and our server was fantastic, taking great care of us. We will definitely be returning!
I must say, the food here is amazing! The owner and her two chefs work incredibly hard to prepare outstanding meals. The Italian sub is enormous, ensuring you won't leave hungry. The bread is always fresh and soft. This is a wonderful spot, and I'm glad they decided to open this location.
Good service as usual. 4 stars. Had a salad, very good, 4 stars. Was disappointed with the pizza. It's usually good, but it had almost no pizza sauce. Seemed almost like a white pizza, but it wasn't. So 2 stars on the pizza, maybe... come on, You can do better guys. I know you will.

The Leonardo Pizza, priced at $16, featured an oil and garlic base topped with bacon, ham, caramelized onions, and mozzarella cheese. While waiting for the pizza, I took my dog for a walk down the street and explored Worcester.
Tip they got free parking . The meal was phenomenal but meatball was kind of cold will repeat as customer . Just thought I was going to order a trio pizza got mixed up
This place is the simply the best. The atmosphere is great. The food is super yummy! ? The staff there is awesome. Overall I had a WONDERFUL ? experience.
Good for people who don’t know better. But having had Wonder Bar Pizza for over 50 years, the new owners just don’t cut it.
