So I come in on Monday and I have an interaction with one of the Baristas. Her name is Annalise. She was super nice, helpful, and gets my drink out quick. Which is why I came back the next day. Next day I order my drink, and the 2 people behind me that ordered after me get their drinks first and then mine comes out. So I left it alone. I come in today and as I’m ordering my coffee I asked if Annalise was working because I had remembered her name. And the barista just says I think she is, how do I know her kinda being weird about it. I just said I met her Monday and she was very nice and she listened to my story about how the star bucks I go to is pretty bad. So she just kinda wanders off. So...
We walked up to the window to order. While we were standing outside the window waiting for their computer to work I saw one of the workers drop a stack of paper cups on the floor where they are all stepping on and she picked them back up and place them in their place ready for use. That was disgusting! Your dirty shoes all over that mat and all your cups fall right on it?. I told the girl that was waiting on us and she turned around and went up to the one who dropped the cups and said something. She turned around and went on like nothing happened. Your cups fall on the floor and you serve the customers in those cups ? Cross contamination, if you ask me. Disgusting!
Please don’t get me wrong—the drinks are fantastic and the staff is wonderful. However, this place is very aggressive when it comes to tips. I thought the goal of using the Dutch app to set a preferred tip was to avoid being asked for tips repeatedly. Instead, the staff keeps asking me if I want to adjust it (essentially suggesting I give a higher tip). If I order more than one drink, I’m tempted to cancel the tip altogether. For instance, I ordered a $6 drink, paid with a $20 bill, and after I had already left a tip, the employee asked if I wanted to change it back. It was quite off-putting.
My favorite drink is strawberry lemonade, and I was really excited to order it. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that they don’t have it, even though it is listed on their website. It’s truly a delight to visit a place where the staff has such wonderful personalities. Their cheerful attitudes and big smiles really brighten the day. Everyone is incredibly polite and helpful, making the experience even better. Plus, the coffee and rolls they serve are excellent!
Been coming here since the Dutch Bros by Target in Nampa kept messing up our orders and had couple of rude experiences. They fixed our order once from the Target Dutch Bros and were super awesome about it. I like the people at this Dutch Bros a lot.
Awesome, we're in Idaho! I went for an early morning run and there was no one in line! I really enjoy the outdoor heating and the firepit—it takes the experience to a whole new level. What do you have for us, Oregon?

Never have been a fan of Dutch Bros, as you all know i am not a fan of sugar and these drinks are FULL of it. I mean they do taste good but after one sip i feel so incredibly sick.
