Great service. Always very attentive service, even when slammed busy. Drinks are always 100% and look like the menu and taste even better. Always discovering something new to drink, or something new on the menu. Ask around and you'll find your new fav drink that you didn't know was available. For example: try the banana split freeze, blended with or without coffee .. or banana creme pie blended freeze.. look at the menu on the all for a million ideas for rebels(I always get mine blended especially during summer for a yummy snow cone type drink.
My partner went to this location to get a cold Paris tea with no ice. They messed it up royally and gave him a hot Paris tea with half the liquid in a cold cup. When he tried to correct them the people inside said it was because of the way the person who took his order put it in the system, as though it was his fault. They refused to fix the issue and make the drink correctly. My partner did not receive a refund. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Girl in hoodie taking orders this morning was pretty rude. I put in my order and what she repeated back seemed off. I asked if she could make sure it was the right thing. Which didn’t answer HER question about whether or not I had the app or a number with them. So she cut me off and repeated her question to me in a rude tone and then answered my question after I put in my number. Really arrogant and egotistical employee.
A Girl named Bailey a shift leader at Dutch was super rude and rushed us getting our orders saying anything else over 20 times and we asked to get The charms that goes on your straw at 12:45 am on June 20 2024 where she rudely Said,” WE DON’T GIVE THE CHARMS TODAY, even tho it was 12:45 the next day I want Bailey fired. FREEZE is not the same as a FREEZE W ICE CREAM. You can 't dupe this customer! I 'm not very happy about my trip home with half my coffee being ICE I have to wait for to melt into watered down ick. Called for a refund!
It's a drive through so not sure about atmosphere. But if you want to feel happy , especially if your feeling down, come here and guaranteed the staff will make you happy and at minimum make you feel cared about !!
