Today I used the Dutch bros app to order 9 drinks when I got there I also ordered 2 more so I should’ve had a total of 11 drinks. Once I got everything and arrived at my location I realized that I only had 10 drinks and they forgot to give me one of the drinks. This was really unfortunate and upsetting as I’ve never had something missed at this dutch. I would normally call and try to figure out the situation, but the phone goes straight to corporate. I just would like a refund for the drink I didn’t get. Along with that the dutchbros is far from where I live so I didn’t have time to go back. Thanks! Please respond so we can figure out this unfortunate situation.
I have been visiting Dutch Brothers for many years now, and it's a fantastic spot for teens after school or for those on their way home from work. The staff is consistently friendly, and they offer a wide variety of drink options, including tea, coffee, smoothies, and even energy drinks. As you approach the window, the aroma of brewing coffee fills the air. I highly recommend Dutch Brothers because it's more affordable than Starbucks.
Passed by here on Friday August 9th, 2024 (08/09/2024). When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that there were no vehicles in the drive thru where I pulled in. The service was really good. I ordered the Caramelizer Blended with whip cream on top. The worker was really nice and respectful. Honestly, I had no issue with what I wanted to order. I do plan on going here again.
I really like dutch bros, after we stopped going to Starbucks for political reasons we needed an alternative. So we started with peets but after trying dutch bros this is our new favorite spot!! We just arrived to get some drinks and received fantastic customer service! Garrett was very helpful with our questions about the app and had a friendly demeanor. Our drinks were delicious as well. Overall, everyone there was very welcoming. Thank you, Dutch Bros!
I visited Dutch Bros for the first time about a week ago, and I believe they might just be better than Starbucks! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work, everyone—you all rock! Your friendly service truly made my day.
