See pics & judge for yourselves. Under the burn was once upon a time a thin base BBQ cheese & streaky bacon. Second pizza wasn't as burn but still over cooked. Missing item was plum sauce with chicken wings. Manager examined that oven were set at a temp and couldn't be changed. Manager offered us to return it to the shop but we couldn't be bother as this wasn't the first time, and I believe a good customer service should have delivered a sauce and new pizzas. We had problem a year ago and stop using them and preferred to travel to Strathpine to a competitor than ordering from Eagleboys round the corner from us. Check out the photos and decide for yourselves. The first pizza had a burnt crust with BBQ sauce, cheese, and streaky bacon. The second pizza was also overcooked but not as burnt. The chicken wings were missing plum sauce. The manager said the oven temperature couldn't be adjusted. They offered to remake the order, but we didn't want to bother as this wasn't the first time we had issues. We had a similar problem a year ago and stopped going there, preferring to go to a competitor in Strathpine. We decided to give them another chance, but once again, they disappointed. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Despite experiencing a robbery while I waited for my pizza late last night, the restaurant still managed to serve me a delicious pizza. I was truly grateful as I did not expect them to continue making my order, as they were calling the police and clearly shaken up.
This restaurant was just what I needed to satisfy my craving for pizza. I will never go hungry for pizza again after eating here.
