Eagle Inn Tillicoultry

The food was cold the service was non existent. We shouted a few times to get attention, no reply, in the end we rattled a tin on the bar, a blonde lady appeared. My mum said to her that we had some issues with the food. Her blunt reply was, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, and she walked off. The cheap menu that they used to have has stopped, we were charged £8.95 for cold charcoal chicken, cold chips, soggy onion rings and limp salad.

No longer serves food, lounge doors closed most days, when asked why was told you can always walk through the bar. This bar is now being run by a company that has little interest in what the locals want and are paid just to keep the place running. Staff don't care about custom they pay more attention to the dog, when it's BEHIND the bar than the punters.

Went in for a pint waited ages to be served. Local worthies said it was always like that and they then slagged off the barmaid when she appeared but she didn 't really care. Poor show.
