I have booked a group of 30 pax for a birthday dinner and before the days my menu preordered to expect that we will be prioritized and serve to eat when we all arrive (as promised by the booking attendant on the phone) when we all arrived, were ready and everyone sits and supported by the participant who is good. the waiting time went for 1 hour before eating between 10mins on the 6dishes per table was staggered. everyone complained that eating was served by one at the same time or at least close to it. the night was busy, but some who came after us and ran out were served before us what I think was not a good service at all. to my eyes they used the night by letting us wait so long. the man...
As soon as we arrived we were angrily yelled at by an old asian man worker to sit down before we even got to the counter. our whole interaction with him was him screaming and when we couldn’t understand his instructions because we were in shock as to why we were being treated that way, he got even louder and ruder.there were two other families there already seated so it wasn’t busy or anything it was a completely unnecessary reaction. we only came for pick up.The food was okay so thats why 3 stars but I will not be returning here.
this restaurant deserves a solid 4 and missed on a higher rating due to the price. when they eat in this restaurant with more people (at least 4 adults) which then lower the cost per person and they can order more dishes. mostly hits, but there are some bad things. overall, eating is tasty and consistent and the service has always been good during the dozens or so often that we have dined in the eaton garden. one of the better Chinese restaurants in the hills shire.
This is a fantastic restaurant with truly authentic Chinese cuisine. We enjoyed several delicious dishes, including the incredible deep-fried Walsu duck served with a sweet and sour sauce, spicy Kung Pao chicken, chicken chow mein, mini spring rolls, and some outstanding fried rice. overpriced, under average eating and inept service. the ice and the topping was the highlight! Soupen were not brought out at the same time, took 3 times until someone remembered to bring out sauces. do not recommend to the banquet any better to order dishes they want.
We went out to dinner as a family, but the experience was disappointing. The food was poorly prepared, and the staff seemed to be pushing us to order things we weren't interested in. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
Smart interior. Service good with constant checks if you need anything. Food was good with good presentation. Very popular. Booking on the same day not always a guarantee of a place.

had the Mongolian lamb and it was very good. bit on the expensive side at $22, but it was okay.
