Terrible! The lack of effort put into providing good service was evident. We waited an excessively long time (even saw a Just Eat delivery person leaving, suggesting they prioritized takeout orders over ours). The sandwiches were haphazardly thrown onto the plate instead of being carefully placed, resulting in a messy and unappetizing appearance. The coronation chicken was comprised mainly of raisins and lettuce in sauce, with very little chicken. To top it off, they dumped the remnants of a crisp packet onto the plate, with no whole crisps in sight, only crumbs. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to ask for the hot drinks we had ordered. The omelette I received was flat and tasteless, with burnt bits on the underside. My friend tried to eat it, but it was not appetizing. My avocado was bruised, too lemony, and the poached eggs were hard and rubbery. I had requested them to be cooked properly, but they were not. When I mentioned the issues with my meal to the staff, I was ignored and even laughed at by a young male waiter and what appeared to be the owner. No apology was offered. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Food was hardly impressive, considering it took over 30 minutes for 2 paninis. What was more concerning was what me and my husband overheard, the manager being almost aggressive and sarcastic to the poor waitress. Working in a trade union I am appalled by the workplace etiquette just by a couple minutes of overhearing, which was not difficult. Sounds like an awful business to support and we are glad to not be coming back.
We ordered our usual office Friday breakfast and thought we would try Eatons. So disappointing as when breakfast rolls arrived there was only 1 sausage cut in half which was advertised as 2 sausages. In addition to this, we spent nearly £7 on eggs florentine which was also advertised as 2 eggs but only 1 arrived. We have tried to contact Eaton’s directly but we have no received a response. Waste of money.

The only good thing about this place is the waitress.... If you want badly cooked food, hygiene problems a chef that claims she is not a cook or a chef, but most of all throws abuse at you then go ahead and eat here.. She should be shut down.. Only one star as unable to click on a no star!!!!
Terrible experience at this restaurant. It took 40 minutes just to get our drinks, and another hour before we finally received 2 out of 3 meals, which were cold. We ended up cancelling the 3rd meal because we were fed up.
When a customer complains about the food being undercooked, the last thing the establishment should do is fire off a torrent of abuse at that customer. The food was not good and took an age to arrive. Very poor.
My Eggs Benedict was the best I have ever enjoyed. My friends had other items including Jacket Potato with trimmings. All delicious. Service very good.

Went here for lunch and had amazing eggs Benedict and jacket potato with beans and cheese. Will be back again !
Come here if you wish for a great meal, the staff are very friendly do their best to be as helpful as possible
