The Ecofih hotel school organized a special lunch on the occasion of the Beaujolais Nouveau. With my friend we were delighted to attend. Decorative pleasant, smooth and unattended, despite the large number of guests. A menu with aperitif and mouth-watering, dish, cheese, dessert, coffee and mignardises and, of course, Beaujolais! Small imperfections at the meal level. We found duck meat from the main dish a little dry. The dish not hot enough has the arrival, on the other hand, the cabbage in excellent trim. Very nice assortment of cheeses and delicious dessert. Our congratulations to all those who participated in this beautiful event!
