Disgusting service, order was placed at 7.30pm due to be delivered at 8.45pm. 9pm still no delivery, called up and a rude man said they are busy and he is just leaving to deliver now ..... finally at 9.20pm it was delivered with no apology. Open up my delivery for it to be cold and parts missing called up again for the same rude man to tell me that they will not refund (even though I told him to come and take the food as I didn 't want it) and once I said I would leave a review he told me to ' 'do what I want ' 'and HUNG UP. AVOID!!!
No Show with our order after 90 minute wait then phoning We ordered through Hungry House and were expecting our meal at 22.30 At 22.55 I phoned to ask where it was.. he said the delivery driver has to go home so our food cant be delivered I offered to collect it He said it hasn't been cooked yet. I asked if the delivery driver was ill He said no, he finishes at 11pm He said he was going to phone me So I have no idea if the food is any good, nor will we now find out as the service is appalling. Sitting here with tea and toast!
We go to eddys every Friday and the food and customer service is amazing. We recommend the kebabs, tasty and generous portions, we don’t go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always pass the time of day, it makes such a difference when you are greeted with a smile and friendly chat while your food is cooking. Keep up the good work guys :
food was cold bland and lack of had a more salad then meat I spent £29 and none of us could eat it! Doner meat was hard and warm! Chips over fried and forgot the cheese even tho paid for!! Called into eddys to pick up an evening meal waited in the shop for abt 30 mins ordered DonnaKebab’s the donor meat was mushy an tasteless the salad was pathetic and the pitta bread was freezing cold and doughy and the chips earthy and cold will definitely won’t be going back
Eddy's restaurant can be described in one word: average. The fast food they offer is nothing special and there are other restaurants in the area that are better. However, the prices are reasonable and the service is friendly.
Order from Eddys every few months and it's always good. At busy times delivery can be a bit slow but otherwise always tasty, big portions, always hot. It's our go to takeaway for a kebab you don't need to be drunk to enjoy!

I love a good kebab and this didn’t disappoint! Chicken and doner combination. Cooked fresh, had highest food rating and friendly member of staff! Can’t expect more than that!
