Question cuisine, everything was tasty, with a small flat on the quantity. However, for a restaurant of this quality, having a non-climatized room is inconceivable. We were very hot to stamp the front with the towel.... so we weren’t comfortable and we wanted it to end! At the service level I was surprised to drink wine in the same glass as that of the aperitif...... For a gastro, I find it light. In addition, the presentation of the menu is odd: you have different menus served in 4, 6 or 8 dishes but without knowing what you eat. You must choose your service and after you know what is proposed. Overall it was good but for me the benefits are not representative of a gastro.
A mixed experience. At lunch, a menu that testifies to a real work but remains very frugal: a knight's omble tartare a little crushed by seasoning, a resistance dish (veau) with very minimalist accompaniment, but a gourmet chocolate dessert. Wine map that offers little choice below 100 euros, confidential decoration. More embarrassing, the service: a server that is uncomfortable with French, another obviously unenjoyed to be there... is it what we expect from a star at the michelin?
