Yesterday I travelled with my family from Montreal looked forward to trying your food at the recommendation of a very good friend. I always try to remain objective especially with the understanding that the last 2+ years have been difficult. However, covid, lack of staff, etc. should no longer be at the forefront of your excuse resulting in a lack of customer service and by extention customer satisfaction.Even though the food was good but over priced, I still would have left happy if it was not for 5 pieces of bone that I bit into after ordering your rib sandwich. Finally had the chance to visit this place. I could be negative on the limited seating and being close to the door was very cold. But I won’t... it’s all part of the vibe. The front staff are very nice and informative. The food was outstanding! The flavours and quality of our meals were out of this world and priced just right. I went with my older son who also has his own resto in orleans and I think he also shares my thoughts. Again small but outstanding food and service and reminded me of his place. They also have a great selection of baked goods and soups to go. Lemon beignet was to die for. Extremely happy we went and will definitely recommend it in the future! Can’t wait to go back... B...
I came with a group of 4 on Saturday morning 15 minutes after opening at 9:45, and we got a table right away. By 10:30 11 there was a line forming outside. We were seated in the back side of the patio and it was really cute, with planters on the side where they were growing herbs vegetables! I had the Dutch Baby with apples, pork belly, and cheddar. The sweet and savoury combination was unique and really tasty. I loved the texture of the crepe soufflé itself so fluffy!! I thought the food was good and the patio was super cute! What a great brunch spot.
Cute little cafe with some pretty unique dishes. I ordered an iced London and the Mexican breakfast. The London fog was delicious. It wasn’t too sweet and had a lot of flavour to it. The Mexican breakfast was also good, but didn’t leave me wanting more. Also it was the only option I had because the menu did not have any other gluten free options which was unfortunate. Overall a good experience but I suggest adding more gluten free options and maybe expanding the space because it was very tight.
Great service. The baked goods were tasty, and the hot drinks were OK. We had the Rhum ham and the classic dutch baby. The dutch baby pastry was good, but definitely did not enjoy how the meat was cooked, nor the apple sauce it was soaked in. The ham was nothing special, but the scalloped potatoes that came with it were well done!
Such a darling cafe with a decent selection for their menu. We came here to try their food specifically and enjoyed the pea meal poutine sandwich and Vietnamese beef dip sandwich $16)The portion for the pea meal poutine sandwich is especially worth it. Definitely coming back to try more!
Service was excellent. Food was pretty good ? Definitely note your average brunch place ? Tables are small, would not recommend large groups, better for table for 2.
The food here is incredible! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. We got the Broccolini and Salade repas both delicious. Service was awesome too.
