The food was not fresh at all, it seemed to have been made days in advance, reheated, and delivered. It was the worst food I have ever experienced and ended up being a complete waste of money and time as we had to throw it all away. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Despite the order being placed under my wife's name, the poor quality of the food remained the same. I chose to try this restaurant based on the many positive reviews, however, I was very disappointed with my experience today. I am baffled as to why the chips were served cold and damp instead of being warm, dry, and crispy. We ordered spaghetti bolognese, penne stroganoff, and lasagne for delivery. It was the best Italian food we've had in years. The delivery was on time and the staff was very friendly. We give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
