We've been regulars here since they first opened, and we couldn't be more satisfied. This is definitely our go-to spot for breakfast and brunch. We tried a few other places, but we’re fortunate that this one opened nearby and has proven to be the best Eggs Up we've visited. The food and service are consistently excellent, which is essential for a thriving restaurant. The owners clearly treat their staff well, as the team seems happy and stays long-term. Thank you all for providing such a wonderful dining experience!
What a great experience. Service from Jeffrey was on points food came out super fast and was delicious and the restaurant including bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We have been looking for a great local breakfast place but sadly nothing to compare to what we were spoiled with from where we moved. We know this is a franchise but it feels like a locally owned and operated place, not a chain. We will be back for lunch and future breakfasts.
Charged me $2.50 for a side of Hollandaise sauce that did not arrive, also charged me extra for cheddar cheese in my eggs that did not arrive. DID manage to include a Jesus card in my bag. I prefer when restaurants get their one job right, especially when I pay a high price for it, and don’t try to push religion on me. Not appropriate, really wish I didn’t give them my money. Grits taste like liquid styrofoam.
I eat here often but lately the location on Augusta Rd(downtown) has had awful service. They are closing early without notifying customers and last week I order online just for them to be closed at 12:30! I went back in and explained that they still charged me for food I never received and still haven’t gotten a refund.
