Einstein Bros. Bagels has a lot more options here then just bagels ?. I love the creative ideas that they came up with to make Eating bagels feel like a new food. The bagels Burrito was fun treat that was tasty. If you love cream cheese you are in luck if you ask for it they really smother it all over the inside bagel. I am a cream cheese fan my self but I had to take some of it off because it was hard to taste the bagel with all that cream lol. They offer inside seating and a small out side sitting place to. Saturday morning November 18 2023. The most rude and disrespectful experience from the person taking orders in the drive through. Before I even stopped moving forward in the drive thru they asked to take our order. When I asked for just a moment they responded with “sure it’s not like I’m waiting in you “. I asked them to repeat themselves and they said the same thing again. I had my wife move the cones and I let them know that due to the experience we would be taking our business elsewhere. The response from the employee “that’s fine I don’t have time for you anyway.”While I understand being busy, which they were, it is NEVER ok to treat customers in this fashion.
Somehow the WORST-Location! I don't understand how they can never get my order right. The order is simply roasted butter cream cheese as a meal. I didn't get the bagel I asked or roasted it with butter or cream cheese and I didn't get a muffin a haybrown when I was talking about the guy, I could go in to fix it, I went through the drive so I didn't have to go in. I'm coming into the window and the boy wouldn't take the bag back because your lobby is open and I'm sure he'll get the garbage out while he's working, so he could definitely take her mess back. This kind of things often happens in this place.

For the price they charge, the food should be better. Jalapeno Chedder Bagel with egg and cheese was tasteless and luke warm. The coffee cups and lids are flimsy. Everytime I get coffee it is filled to the brim, murky, no stopper and it falls out in my car. I got to work, took off the lid and coffee spilled all over the place. Also, I was charged extra for Almond Milk. Wow. It will be a while before I visit any Einstein Bros. Bagels and I will never order coffee again.
Crazy good bagels and orange juice and cream cheese or shmear as they call it. The nova lox is great and so are the wraps. The coffee is solid but not over the top. Fast enough kine good seating. Bathroom is mostly clean. Friendly staff. Busy drive thru. A little pricey but great bagels demand such revenue. Good enough area. Like it here will be back.Parking: 20 spots more or less
Good food for the price. The card reader didn't work what was frustrating, so I had to use cash. The place was smokey and the cold brewing coffee was just this terrible artificial syrup fair. I ordered the nova lox. The bread was burned with little to no cream cheese. I left my food with the manager without a refund.
Disappointed is an understatement. It was the most blazing bagel I've ever tasted to mention that it was the most expensive ham and cheese I've ever bought.... almost $10.... I'm staying with Brandon Bagels when you live in the area, I highly recommend them.

Most of the time the service is great and the food is quite satisfying. Lots of sandwich and bagel choices and their scmears are fantastic! The franchise will always have a special place since it was my daily breakfast for most of my years in college.
Their breakfast burrito is so good! The donut is better than most donut places. Defiantly didn?t expect that from a bagel place.
