Today was my first time at this location. Business was booming. I spoke with a sweet employee, Andrea, who helped me with understanding how to select a reward on a mobile order. While standing in line to place my order, I followed her directions and successfully placed my order. While waiting for my order, I watched the staff work so efficiently in tight quarters and being friendly to one another. A cashier was so attentive to me, letting me know my order was coming and brought it to me instead of putting it on the shelf for on-line orders. Another young lady, Leah, was on her break and had a sweet, short conversation with me, telling me she liked her job, it is her first. What a great exper...
I don't think it would be fair to continually come back without giving a huge shout out to Isaiah! Everytime we come in he absolutely makes our day. To the point my son has even commented about how nice he is as we leave (which he never does! . Thank you for the best customer service and the biggest smile Isaiah! You always make our day!
This is a busy store. Some employees look stressed. Turkey Bagel Sandwich was delicious avocados, lettuce and tomatoes. My wife enjoyed the lox sandwich.
Best coffee ever... oh, and bagels! And of course, the employees are great!
