"Good customer service as far as being nice and polite, but seriously pathetic to open our bagels when we got home and see barely anything in it"

Actually I rate O stars. Total disappointment today, stingy cream cheese on the asiago, and 3 coffee cans withcold coffee leftovers. Noisy fridge makes impossible to hear the worker at counter. Was my last visit here, $7 coffee bagel .Aberdeen areadeserves better. Then again all these franchises ever since global reset are highly priced and low on service, only good enoughfor peasants.

Hi I've tried Einstein Brothers bagels and they are really good came to me frozen this morning I had the one with the raisin and it was really exceptionally good I didn't know if I would like it or not but yeah it was really good and I've had some of theother styles that they have and they're good as well crunchy on the outside soft on the inside recommend them very highly

Worse hard things I?ve ever experienced this is not a bagel if it hurts to eat it, sawdust flavored junk. Someone brought over a bag of bagels from here to the house for brunch had to throw them out

Love love love the bagels! Always fresh and staff is friendly. Only draw back is the limited hours of operation. I have a hard time getting there before 2 pm. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
