I walked over to this location with my husband and we were planning on enjoying some hot bagel sandwiches and coffee on a weekend morning. We planned on sitting down inside since it was freezing cold outside and we didn’t want to make the trek all the way back home (also, nobody wants a cold and soggy sandwich). When we arrived we noticed there were zero tables and chairs, it was just a giant empty space. I guess you could sit on the floor if you truly wanted to. It wasn’t a very welcoming atmosphere whatsoever and I guess they only want people to exclusively order takeout and get out of their store asap. It was quite disappointing.
This location is especially convenient as it's right next to the metro station in Silver Spring, making it perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast in the morning or a snack on the way home. Unlike some other places, they almost always have warm bagels available, and except for just before closing, their selection is usually well-stocked. The staff is generally friendly, although the layout feels somewhat like a hallway, which can lead to congestion during peak times. Overall, it’s one of my favorite spots for a quick and affordable bite when I’m on the go.
There are no chairs. It was pouring rain outside and we were told to leave after buying our bagels. We were not even allowed to stand to eat our bagels. We came specifically to have a nice breakfast and should have gone to one of the many other coffee places. Not friendly at all. Not welcoming. I do not recommend.
I enjoy the food and coffee here, but the prices are becoming outrageous. I paid nearly $9 for a bagel and coffee, and I could get a decent full breakfast for that price. This might be my last visit; it's disappointing to see basic items becoming so expensive.

The food is decent, and the location is convenient, but the customer service is lacking. There was no greeting when I walked in, and I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone came to the register to take my order. The staff also seemed to have an attitude.
I just had my first meal at Einstein Bros in Silver Spring, and I ordered the Farmhouse Breakfast bagel. I can confidently say that it was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Great job! The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly.
Low rating is because the coffee was old and stale and tasted horrible. Definitely NOT "fresh brewed" as advertised. I had to pitch it.
Asiago Bagel was old, cream cheese carel ped dumpe onto bread, tomatoes where old, carpers old, at least salmon was fresh.

I enjoyed some nova lox today. The fish was excellent, and the bagel and coffee were also very good.
