I do not get Einstein Bagels very often, but when I do, I am reminded why I go elsewhere. Today at 9:30 am, I was one of two people there. I was not acknowledged really at all. I wasn?t even sure the young lady was talking to me. I ordered and curtly asked if I wanted it toasted to pay over there. The young man who I paid said three things to me, the the total, insert your card, receipt? I was handed my bagel by the young lady, I said thank you, she just walked away. I don?t expect much, really just common courtesy which was completely lacking. I hope the bagel is good.
Bought 7 Baker dozen with 2 hour notice..all were perfect and the cream cheese is also Best anywhere! Really good service and staff. They do were masks and social distance. Although they were pretty busy..they were fully ready and quick service!. We drove over 2 hours each way and it was WELL worth it..wish an Einstein bagels would come to Mount Vernon Illinois.
The gym was very helpful and polite. We came in and ordered a lot of bagels. He made them fresh and gave us a time to come back to pick them up. They were already packed and waiting for us when we came back.
The manager Mark was very helpful. Turns up and beyond after the door bag has screwed my order. The staff is friendly professional and very hard working. I often come here and love it.

The best tasting bagels, but we had to return a little later, as poppy bagels were not available when we first came in. I wish there were closer places to our home.
Really friendly service. Personable. Make you feel welcome. They did miss one bagel, so I couldn't go 5 stars, but they were really busy, and I had a big order ?
Canteen of coffee is $22 and a box of 6 bagels with one tub $11.99. Bagels and coffee were fresh and delish. Try the spinach florentine bagel.
The Nova Lox is my favorite! Like all things, prices are rising but I still splurge on my favorite bagels every once in a while.
