I was really disappointed. I've been a customer here on and off for a couple of years, but after my last visit yesterday, I won't be coming back. My father and I ordered over $70 worth of food for five people, which felt overpriced. When we went to the salsa bar, there were no small cups, containers, or bags available. I approached a young staff member who had a lip piercing and asked for some onions. She told me they were at the salsa bar and handed me a small plastic bag. Noticing they had both pickled and grilled onions, I requested a second bag. To my surprise, she told me, "DO NOT take them all." I thought she was joking and smiled, but she wasn't. Very small place located in the back of shopping mall. Parking lot shares with other business but plenty of parking in the complex. Food is okay I got the al pastor tacos but, tortillas were cold which was little weird. It's very small inside and doesn't seat very many. Would recommend ordering to go. Tuesday has a taco special for .99c so if you want to try it out this would be good day to go.
We ordered from them for our company lunch today, and the experience was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and our team was very pleased with the portion sizes, as everything was delicious. The customer service was outstanding—they had our order ready, and the pricing was reasonable. They provided us with everything we needed.

I've visited several of their locations, and I've always found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The customer experience is exceptional. On one occasion, I accidentally walked into the wrong place, and they patiently helped me find my way to the right neighbor.
OMG, the medudo with the leg and handmade tortillas were amazing! The carnitas were on point, and the aguachiles were incredible. My daughter Tatiana makes them even better, but these were still really good!
Tacos de canasta are, for me, a favorite from Mexico City. They're not easy to find in the USA. The people at El Bukanas do an excellent job, offering several varieties such as chicharrón and picadillo.
