There was nothing particularly offensive about El Canton but the food just didn't stand out. We had mozzarella balls as an appetizer but the breading was almost flavorless. What I did like was that the pizza selection enabled customers to select the sauce and individual toppings. That was good. My wife had the veggie pizza, which she liked. I ordered what is essentially a meat-lovers pizza but requested garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce. Mine arrived with tomato sauce. Because we were in a bit of a hurry, I let it go.
