From many different sources I'd heard about this chicken shop and decided one weekend to try it. And it's absolutely worth it. They do a fantastic charcoal chicken with garlic sauce. Lebanese style. It's a busy place and I can see why. They are very professional it's exceedingly clean and tidy and is one of the. best take away style charcoal chickens I've had. Please note this is not a fancy restaurant it's a little better than your standard local chicken shop but the real reason that it's justifiably famous is the superb charcoal chicken.
We took friends here for dinner to introduce them to El Jannah's. We were surprised that the portions 'shrunk'! Large garlic sauce was now more like a medium and the bread and pickles were a 'rationed' serve. Chicken was smaller. Overall we enjoyed the meal but left feeling like we won't be coming back in a hurry or have to tell people about it. Service was fast - quick order system and soon enough someone comes around with the first part of your meal.
You know its the best grilled chicken you've had when you have to go an hour out of your way just to eat here. I will plan my trips to Sydney around making time for eating at El Jannah. Although simple food ingredients, grilled chicken with some middle eastern sides, its so well done and so tasty, it is by far the best grilled chicken with sides you will ever have. Big call, but its true. You have to have the grilled chicken and garlic sauce.
I have never eaten in, only because I have a personal dislike of Al Fresco, however in terms of the product this establishment distributes it is top class. A very popular place to go, on the take away side, I have waited up to 30 minutes to get my order due to the large Que in front of me.Chicken is always flavorsome, moist and tender with that hint of sharpness that comes from the marinade. highly recommend this place

A quarter charcoal chicken, the garlic sauce and the pickles and bread for 7.50. When you consider what you would pay for (****) fast food , this is an absolute bargain as well as being great chicken. Tasty crispy skin, moist chicken and a killer tum (garlic sauce) make this a darn good choice.
El-Jannah, having a fantastic charcoal chicken & Lebanese food.every single dish is tasty. service is also quick. right on the spot next to train station.Aroma of Lebanese flavors can be felt with a melting chicken in every bite in your mouth.Visited number of times and will visit again too.
The best and has always been my favourite charcoal chicken in Sydney. The place is always crowded and finding parking nearby can be hard. Very handy if you take the train to go there as it's closed to the station. If you haven't tried El Jannah, you're missing out big time!
I don't generally go to El Jannah as I usually go to Hawa Chicken which is less busier and further down the road.

Average. Am not sure why there's so many rave reviews. They sell chicken and burgers. Wow... Good, but overrated.
One of the Best Chickens and Falafel. The Garlic Sauce is simply irresistible . I can keep coming here anytime.
