El Loro Crystal - Tisch resevieren

We decided to try El Loro in its new spot on Rockford Road. Decorated nicely and we were seated quickly. Service was good and that is when everything went sideways. We were given chips and sauce and their famous white sauce, which has really changed. Too mayo or something so it was too thick to dip into. We got two margaritas and a Diet Pepsi. We started to notice that there lots of tables who were waiting for their food and had lots of chips at their tables. It took a long time before someone came to take our order. My husband picked up food for dinner tonight and can I just say, I’d rather have starved to death. We ordered taquito meal, got two really nasty chicken burritos with chicken and onions and a few peppers with really watery queso on top. GROSS! Ordered bean dip, it was watery queso and the beans tasted burned. My husband got a burrito that was supposed to have chorizo, steak and chicken it only had chorizo and he got two with no rice or beans. Thank god they didn’t screw up the chimi. I used to love this place and have had these items before and loved them. I will never go back! It was absolutely disgusting. Our to go meal was about $75 and they should be paying us for the wasted drive to pic...
