Today was my first and LAST time coming to this restaurant! I am appalled and disgusted by the food and staff members! I went out to eat with a group of friends one of my friends forgot her ID so she ordered a regular drink she takes the cherry from my alcoholic beverage didn't even take a sip and one of the waiters comes over and tells her she isn't allowed to drink the drink that I am paying for mind you she never took a sip! Went here recently to get my usual and was very disappointed. I called in my order ahead of time so it would be ready when I arrived, but when I arrived I noticed there was a sign on the door under new management . I knew something was wrong with the order because I should have been charged more. So I checked my order and they prepared the wrong dish for me (not what I ordered) so I asked if they could make the correction. My girlfriend and I would have never come here based on the reviews alone since I?m reading them just now as I?m leaving this review . But we came inside without knowing anything and honestly the food was so delicious the drinks were so good too. I?m so happy we came here without reading the comments and had our own experience. This place is so rude. I made a reservation for a table of 12. Not only were they not ready to attend us but they complained cause they thought I was having a meeting. We were all ordering different things , empanadas , choladas , arepas. How the heck do you ask me , who did you speak to? Dude I spoke to one of your waitress who picked up the phone and told me the reservation was confirmed. Be more professional . You're lucky you're getting business , Sevillana is way better.

Terrible service nasty food they don't explain anything to you on the menu neither do they recommend anything to you I asked for rotisserie chicken with white rice they came and gave me something completely opposite shredded chicken with yellow rice and beans I told the manger she said she couldn't do nothing about it never again!
The first time ordering from here was not a good experience. They messed up our order and didn?t take responsible for the error, So we had to pay for the extra meal they made by accident. It was expensive and veggies were horrible. The customer is always right. First and last time I order from here.
I ordered for some coworkers one day using my debit card for the first time in a week. A few hours later I checked my account and noticed money missing. This place stole my debit card information and charged $250 dollars at a Abercrombie and Fitch. Never go there. Food was nothing special.
Well they advertise Colombian but really taste is from Central America so for me I love ? both but not mixed at the end food doesn't taste good if you want to serve to different Countries have there own dishes so customers can choose and if they like it will come back.

Delicious Columbian Hot Chocolate. Empanadas are alright, but considering the price, you can't complain. Carne Asaada sandwich was a perfect size to split between two people. Ordered online, this is not a review of the restaurant appearance, atmosphere, or service.
