The food is decent, and I've been coming here for many years—it’s usually quite busy. However, when I stopped by today, I noticed only one car in the parking lot, which struck me as odd. I decided to try a “special” that costs $9.95, which included a small coffee. I wanted a larger coffee, so I assumed, like most places, there would simply be an extra charge for the size upgrade. Instead, I ended up being charged for an entirely separate coffee, and my total came to $15.69 for an egg sandwich on an English muffin and a coffee. 2 stars is a stretch. My Aunt brought me home a half of a roast beef sandwich. She raves about this place. Her half was good, my half was all gristle. The roll, lettuce, tomato and mayo were good but the gristle beef went in the garbage. How can you call yourself gourmet when I get a better sandwich at a regular deli for less money? Keep your expensive gristle and I'll eat real roast beef for less.

The best hero sandwich I've had! They use fresh Boar's Head meats and prepare it just like a traditional hero shop would (like in the good old days). Plus, the prices are very reasonable!
I ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on a hero after a rough night out. I can't believe I only received two slices of turkey bacon—just two! I paid nearly $10 for it! Why is that?
Food is absolutely phenomenal! Huge sandwiches and great sweets! They're food is just great and the have an enormous drink selection which is just awesome! Love this spot!!
