It looks good from outside but I got the impression that the couple running it had run out of enthusiasm some long while ago. The food was OK, but I could have done better at home, and when the bill came to €77 for two, which included a 50cl picher of house red and two digestifs, I have to say it was very poor value. My wife's starter was simply thin slices of cured ham with slices of tomato - picnic stuff really. Mine was a potted salmon paste, which was pleasant if unspectacular. My main, supposedly a Catalan regional dish, was two meatballs swimming in gravy with some dollops of mashed potato. My wife's was mash as well, with shredded duck topped with cheese au gratin style. Guided by promising reviews, we arrive in front of the restaurant where the terrace is empty. To our surprise, we cross a pleasant interior room that leads to a second terrace away from the street. Menu or à la carte, the service is attentive and discreet. Carefully prepared table, delicious meals with quality selected dishes for a reasonable price, we spent an excellent time during this holiday. We strongly recommend this place.

Lovely staff and good food. We arrived before they had officially opened but could sit down and were served drinks straight away. We even went back the next day.
