The worker, Juan Garcia, had a THICK attitude today on the phone when I asked if they had gotten the special instructions I had put on the order, Juan Garcia rudely stated he was super busy not knowing I was sitting outside waiting for the mobile order knowing there was 1 customer inside and none in the drive thru...After 25min of waiting outside, we walked inside to inquire about the order and Juan Garcia (cashier) said he JUST got the order and it will be a while with the same rude/bad attitude as on the phone. Since then two cars have come by and gone while we are still waiting for our order for over 40min... I love El Pato in Edinburg on University, but someone needs to teach the individ...
Waited 30 minutes for 2 breakfast tacos and was given the wrong ones. Super simple order: 2 chorizo egg bean tacos was given bacon egg and egg beans tacos. Didn’t even bother turning back to get the correct order. Service was incredibly slow even though there were like 3-4 employees working; did not want to wait another 30 minutes just to get the correct order.
Go during the am or lunch time never in the afternoon or evening. You will regret it as their tortillas will be hard and cold. Also, come expecting to wait a while ESPECIALLY during lunch, but worth it. No to the enchiladas made sloppy, yes to carneguisada patos or plate. Barbacoa is very greasy leftover alot of the time but ok.
Ok so the food tastes the same! Same recipe! But comon, this location? This building has been up longer than I been alive! I think it's time for a bulldozer to flatten it down and rebuild a brand new building and I bet, this place would be booming with customers! Cus right now, it's dead...

I pulled up to the drive-thru intercom, and the person on the other end said, "I will be right with you." I waited for almost five minutes or more. Eventually, I decided to go somewhere else, as they seemed too busy despite there being no one else in the restaurant.
My crispy tacos were barely served, and the guisada chicken plate had only a small portion. My chalupa was missing the chicken, and the guacamole on top was completely brown. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Good enough food, biggest complaint about this place is that everytime I have gone here I have waited in line for 8 to 15 minutes in line when it's only me or 1 other car in line.
The tortillas were all raw and the guy tried to change them for me and wanted to sell them to me?? According to that, that's what tortillas are like
