I placed an order online for pickup, and it was supposed to be ready at 8:16 PM. I arrived early, only to find the doors locked. The line was extremely long, and it seemed like they took ages to begin serving orders. It was frustrating to watch my food sitting out on the countertop while it grew cold. I felt like driving through just to receive a meal that was no longer hot was pointless.
Additionally, there was a man trying to pick up an order at the door, but despite his attempts to signal with his phone, nobody came to help him. The portion size of my family meal was low on my sides. I paid $37.00 dollars for a 12 piece chicken meal. My 3 sides were too low I want a refund back. Broccoli side was low, Macaroni was not to the top of the cup. Gravy sauce too low, and mashedpotatoes side was also about half way but closer to the top but not to the top. If I could give zero stars I would !! I also do Uber eats by the way ! I have seen countless customers complain about rotten food forgotten food and dirty kitchen no soda sticky nasty counters and floors but I still got food here today in a hurry ! Notonly did I have to wait 20 minutes for them to bag the food sitting there already ready but there was a hole in side of myburrito as well as no chips with my combo then a duh in space response when I asked for the chips my wife took one bite of thechips and it was undercooked like zero crunch just horrible customer service I?ve seen staff managers yell at customers whenthey are just upset wit the whole situation I don?t recommend this location...

I ordered a chicken avocado burrito without cilantro and without cabbage. What I got was a chicken Burrito with about 4 or 5 VERY small pieces of chicken. A burrito with a lot of cabbage and cilantro. Not only was it about 90% of the chicken missing, it was SUPER SPICY!!! I could only eat the tortilla! And it cost me over $9!!! What a disappointment?
We ordered a soup it was nasty we usually eat the tortilla soup from pollo loco the soup we got was really bad. Like if they open a can and put a little pice of chicken and corn. The avocado burritos were cold and only 1/8th of avocado. We love Pollo Loco but this one was definitely the worse we ever taste.
I ordered mac and cheese but received mashed potatoes and gravy instead. I also didn’t receive the coleslaw I had ordered, and the salsa was incorrect as well.
The meal and the pollo bowl were both absolutely delightful. The churros were also very tasty. Thank you, and keep up the excellent work!
