3:30 on Wed. Ordered our food and received cups for our drinks. Ice machine was empty so we had to walk back to counter to get ice. They were aware of it, and then took our cups and got ice from the back. Watched another customer receive an empty cup. If you?re aware the machine is empty or broken, ask your guests if they want ice and give it to them with the cup. Walked through restaurant looking for a clean table to sit . 1/2 the tables were filthy. Ordered double chicken salad. The meat was very dry. Staff laughing and cutting up. Handicap parking not available for cars, only vans. Against law to park regular car in a van spot. Won?t be back!
I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this location was terrible. They made mistakes with my order, and I have serious concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling unwell after eating there. The pico de gallo was unappetizing and sour, and the pozole tasted old and lacked freshness. I ordered through the app and arrived to pick up my food, but it wasn't ready even after a 20-minute wait. This place definitely needs a health department inspection, and the staff should receive proper training. I won't be returning!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lackluster, and the food didn't meet expectations. They were out of straws and tostadas for the salad, and the soda tasted watered down. I won’t be returning. If the owner of this franchise sees this, I urge you to pay attention to your staff.
This restaurant is very disappointing and frustrating. The staff appear indifferent to customers. I waited more than 15 minutes to place my order, even though only two people were ahead of me, and not one employee came to help. I truly feel sorry for the owner who depends on such careless workers.

My family and I were not happy with our orders. Some of the servers had bad attitudes and they kept getting customers orders wrong. Customer service needs improvement.
